The "Business Mindset in Japanese Enterprises" program is part of the "FROM UEB TO GLOBAL ENTERPRISES SERIES" program organized by the Faculty of International Business and Economics, University of Economics and Business(UEB) in collaboration with the network of multinational enterprises. The program aims to prepare students for practical opportunities and connect with global enterprises, creating a solid foundation for their journey to enter the international labor market
The program series will help students gain a better understanding of how international businesses operate and the multicultural work environment. It will also help students develop the skills they need to work effectively in a global business environment, from building relationships to adapting to new challenges. In addition, the program also promotes students' personal development, helping them to be more confident in approaching the international labor market and exploring new opportunities in their careers. This not only enhances the value for the individual but is also a great benefit for the school and the business community.
The "Business Mindset in Japanese Enterprises" program was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Trung Thanh - Rector of the University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University, Dr. Nguyen Tien Minh - Deputy Dean, Dr. Pham Thu Phuong - Head of the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations, and 16 speakers and guests who are representatives of more than 10 Vietnamese and Japanese enterprises. In particular, the event attracted nearly 90 high school students and more than 100 lecturers and students of the school, along with the attention of many lecturers, students, and guests who participated online from Vietnam, Japan, Australia, and Bulgaria. Also at the program, students had the opportunity to interact, exchange, and attend direct recruitment with representatives of Japanese enterprises.
