The theories of business and production of enterprises in the market economy were generalized. Based on the theories, the actual business and production of Nui Beo Company from 2003 to 2006 was analyzed. A lot of remaining constrains during this time and even challenges in the future were detected. It showed a fact that the Company should increase the efficiency of its production and business. The thesis proposed solutions to help the Company to improve its performance. Moreover, future impacts from the business environment in the new conditions were also projected.
