The thesis proposed a number of measures to improve the performance of Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical One Member Limited Company. In the thesis, a system of the theories relating to the enterprises’ performance and the ways to improve the enterprises was introduced. Then, the current production and performance of Ha Bac Company Limited was analyzed. Many constraints and causes relating to the poor production and business of the Company were pointed out. In order to increase the Company’s performance, a number of solutions were proposed.
