Research purposes: A system of theories relating to competition, competitive capacity and components of an enterprise’ competitiveness was listed. Many factors affecting the Vietnamese enterprises’ competitiveness in goods export were analyzed. The actual competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises in exporting goods to overseas in the condition of international economic integration was discussed too. Some constrains that Vietnamese enterprises should overcome were suggested if they wanted to increase their competitiveness. Other measures relating to the agencies which have the function of state management were proposed to facilitate Vietnamese enterprises in terms of legal policy.
