Recently, the Center for International Education and Training (CITE) held an orientation day for parents and fresh students, providing a "overview" of the training roadmap and activities for students. Support and guidance were given so that the students can be confident and ready for the upcoming university years.
The orientation day welcomed Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector of the VNU University of Economics and Business (VNU-UEB), PhD. Vu Duy - Secretary of the Youth Union, PhD. Nguyen Duc Lam – Deputy Head of Office of Research and Partnership Development, Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Viet Khoi – Director of CITE, MSc. Nguyen Phuong Lan – Head of International Training Department together with the freshmen of UEB-USF intake 1 and UEB-Troy intake 20.
A large number of new students from UEB-USF; UEB-Troy participates in Orientation Day
At the beginning of the program, UEB’s Rector – Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Truc Le sent his warm welcome to the students and thanked them for choosing the UEB as their university for the next 4 years. “Thank you for choosing the joint training programs. With this course, you’ll be trained with accredited training programs of the US, taught by experienced professors of both universities and enjoy the learning facility of international standard. You will be one of the warriors who write a new page in the history of the UEB and you are also the ones who bring the UEB’s brand to the world in the future.”
Within the program, fresh students of the joint training programs listened to the introduction of the training curriculum as well as the opportunities for students to take exchange programs at international and domestic partners of the UEB. Also, the students can participate in various programs of the university, joining the clubs, take part in student competitions, especially, enjoy various types of scholarship from UEB’s partners.
