At 8:00pm, 11th April 2020, the online course “To love and be loved” was opened by the
VNU University of Economics and Business.
This is the first online course on Microsoft Teams being held amidst the outbreak of Covid-19. Especially, this is a historical class with 2 lecturers and 500 students.
The lecturers are speakers with valuable experiences in life and love: Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector and Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Viet Khoi - Director of Center for International Training and Education (CITE).

“Saturday for love”
The sentence is popular among students and was used as a theme for the course. Talking about this, Mr. Khoi said: “Understanding the loneliness that the students have to face when staying at home during the outbreak of Covid-19, the lecturers decided to hold the course with a romantic theme “love”.

The theme of the course may suggest couples in love, however, the course went far beyond that in giving the students advices in life. Soft skills and problem-solving skills are what needed for real-life situations.
The unforgettable “first time”
The organizers talked about the unforgettable “first time” when holding the course: “The first time that the lecture has been prepared so quickly, the first time logistics support has been done so quickly and the first time there was a class of 500 students.”

From the course, the students received valuable lessons on soft skills, problem-solving skills, which will accompany them now and later in their lives.
