The UEB organizes training course for PV Powers officials

Following the success of the first training course on building capacity for managers and staff of the PetroVietnam Power Corporation (PV Power), the 2nd training course offered by the University of Economics and Business was opened on June 2nd, 2014.


Attending the opening ceremony were the UEB Vice Dr. Nguyen Truc Le and leader of UEB’s Office of Research and Partnership Development.  From and PV Power, there were Mr. Nguyen Viet Loi - Council Member PVPower and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich - Deputy General Director PVPower participants along the course.
The training course on building capacity for PV Power managers and officials is designed to give learners general knowledge of corporate governance, legal base and an overview on oil and gas industry.

Learners, who are leaders of PV Power’s offices or departments, will be equipped with the content and utilization of innovative methods of management system and environment (5S) to improve business performance. As a result, learners have access to modern methods and best practices for capacity development of their personal leadership, bringing a systematic vision of business strategy, branding, finance and HR management.
After the training course, knowledge will be adapted to practical activity of the business for the most efficient performance.

Inheriting the success of the first session, the 2nd course is remarkably improved and updated in terms of training methods and organization.
The course is planned to take place from May 2 to May 10, 2014.
