In the 2nd YAMADA Scholarship Award Ceremony in 2005, Assoc. Prof. Dr Pham Trong Quat - Deputy President of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) signed the Decision No 1820/QD-CT-HSSV to award 100 scholarships (200USD per one scholarship) donated by YAMADA Science Foundation (Japan) to excellent and virtuous students of the VNU.
