The kick-off of Business Challenges (BC) Season 6 organized by the VNU University of Economics and Business in collaboration with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom took place on July 15, 2022. The competition received interest from many businesses and strategic partners interested in start-up for students.
KICK OFF - Business Challenges season 6 is the first event, marking the return of the Business Challenges new season with the participation of experienced judges, mentors and sponsors.
Participating in the event, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Bao Son - Vice President of VNU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector of the VNU University of Economics and Business, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector of the UEB and leaders of the faculties, schools and centers. From the FNF Vietnam, there was Ms. Bui Ha Linh - Project Manager.
This year, the Business Challenges received special guest, including Ms. Do Thi Kim Lien (Shark Lien) - Honorary Consul of the Republic of South Africa in Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of AquaOne Group, Mr. Bui Tung Lam - Director of Solari Investment Joint Stock Company; Mr. Mai Lam Toi - Director of FOURHOME Real Estate Floor.... and representatives of other businesses. The program also welcomed the winner of Business Challenges season 5 - team Salework.
At the program, the organizers introduced the competition to guests and participants. Accordingly, the competition was held from July 2022 to March 2023 inviting students from universities across the country to participate in. The competition is divided into 2 branches: Start up and Problem Solving.

Later in the program, Dr. Hoang Thi Bao Thoa representing the Committee of Expertise presented the framework of the event. Accordingly, the training program includes incubation training course (1) Design thinking (2) Happy startup canvas model (3) Trademark and registration of ownership. The advanced training course includes specialized content, giving deep knowledge for students.
In addition to the main agenda, the Kick-off program of Business Challenges Season 6 also provides a space to connect the Vietnamese business community, helping partner of the University to connect and expand networks.
The journey of Business Challenges season 6 has officially started, promising to bring a creative playground for the generation of GEN Z students.
