Dare to think, dare to do and dare to act confidently is what the students of the University of Economics and Business - VNU (VNU-UEB) have demonstrated themselves in large-scale intellectual playground like the Professional Accountancy Champion 2022 (PAC) – The National Open Accounting Championship for students.
Professional Accountancy Champion 2022 (PAC) - Open accounting championship organized by AAS Accounting - Auditing Club, Faculty of Accounting and Auditing (VNU-UEB), in association with Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales ICAEW - Vietnam co-organized, in order to create a meaningful playground for students nationwide who are passionate and interested in the fields of Business, Accounting and International Finance. The contest with the theme "IFRS and Data Analysis" brought a world-class intellectual playground when the students were all presenting and solving problems entirely in English.
PAC is a unique experience for students in a professional environment, fostering the spirit of creativity, innovation through learning, debating, developing goals and future creation. The total prize money of the contest is up to 1 billion VND.
Being launched from April 2022, the contest attracted a large number of students majoring in Accounting and Auditing from many universities across the country such as National Economics University; Foreign Trade University; Financial institutions; Foreign Trade University Campus II - City. Ho Chi Minh City; ISB Institute - University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City….

UEB affirms talent and intelligence by achieving awards at the contest
The final round of the contest ended with significant valuable experiences for each participant after the journey through challenging but also attractive rounds as: The Chosen Agent (Round 1), Survival (round 2), Glowing time (Round 3). The competition's jury - the leading experts in the field of accounting and auditing have fairly selected the most deserving contestant for the titles. Accordingly, UEB is very proud that its students have placed great prizes in this intellectual arena, with the championship and the excellent individual prize belonging to Dinh Long Nhat (Class QH2020E QTKD CLC 5); Nguyen Cong Phuoc (Class QH2020E Accounting CLC 3) second prize; Do Ngoc Phuong (QH2018E Accounting CLC 2) and Hoang Tu Quynh (Class QH2020E CLC International Accounting 2) jointly won the final third.
The dedication and enthusiasm of lecturers, together with the creative learning environment, which constantly promotes thinking and awakens the hidden potential of each individual are important factors that help each student of UEB move forward, continue to set a better achievement in the future.
The success of PAC 2022 not only encourages students to show their intelligence and capacity, but also becomes a great motivation for the AAS Club and the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing in particular, the University in general continue to connect with strategic partners to create more useful playgrounds in the future.
