Launching workshop of the Vietnam Economic Annual Report 2016

On 10 May 2016, at Sheraton Hotel, Hanoi, VNU University of Economics and Business, Vietnam Institute for Economic and Policy Research in cooperation with the Australian Embassy in Hanoi organized the Launching workshop of Vietnam Economic Annual Report 2016.

Conference The role of banks and application of science and technology in promoting agriculture and rural development

On 18th December 2015, at the central hall of the State Bank of Vietnam, the VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB) in collaboration with the Journal of Banking, State Bank of Vietnam and Co-operative Bank (Coop Bank) jointly held the conference under the theme of “The role of banks and implementation of science and technology in promoting agriculture and rural development”.

President of Benedictine University visit the UEB

On 17th December 2015, the delegation of representatives of Benedictine University, USA including Prof. Michael Brophy - President and Mrs. Elsie Yuan - Director of International Programs, visited VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB) and participated in the meeting with leaders of the UEB to exchange cooperation plans between the two universities.

On 22nd October 2015, the VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB) solemnly held the commencement exercises and awarded degrees for 43 bachelors and 17 masters of the joint training program in Business Administration with Troy University - USA.

Acceptance of the research project “Valuing the economic impacts of climate change to fisheries in the North of Vietnam”

On 9th October 2015, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment held a state-level acceptance of the project "research project “Valuing the economic impacts of climate change to fisheries in the North of Vietnam and recommendation of solutions for the mitigation of loss due to climate change” leaded by the VNU University of Economics and Business.
