In the thesis, the theories of real estate and real estate valuation were collected and analyzed. The real estate valuation done by the Southern Information and Valuation Corporation (SIVC)’s branch in Hanoi was assessed. In addition, this service provided by the branch in Hanoi was also analyzed. Many limitations and causes regarding the valuation and provision of real estate service were detected. The author suggested a number of measures to improve the real estate valuation provided by SIVC’s branch in Hanoi.
