Firstly, the thesis generalized the theories of trade, production and how to increase trade and production of enterprises. The actual production and trade of Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical One Member Company Limited was assessed. The constrains and causes relating to the Company’s performance were made clear. And a number of measures were suggested to help the Company to increase its trade and production which could turn the challenges that the Company is facing into opportunities for taking off and development.
