Research purposes:
The fundamental theories of financial management in public universities in Vietnam were introduced in a systematical way by the thesis. Then the five-year financial management of the Hanoi University of Agriculture was analyzed to find out pro and con in its financial management. The effective expenses and revenues would partially help to increase the quality of educational programs provided by the University. Moreover, it would increase the University’s competitiveness and scale up educational socialization in Vietnam. A number of measures to improve the University’s financial management was suggested.
