The papers demonstrated that the disbursement of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) projects in Vietnam could be speeded up with clear evidences. The papers also analyzed systematically the theories and practices of the disbursement of FDI projects and evaluated their contributions to the socio-economic growth in Vietnam. The thesis was concluded with the measures to speed up the disbursement of FDI projects in Vietnam currently.
