Purposes: To assess the factual situation of economic development in the mountainous areas of Thanh Hoa, and then to find out suitable solutions for economic development in the new period so as to effectively exploit economic potentials to improve the quality of lives for the people in the mountainous areas of Thanh Hoa
Missions:
+ To clarify the drivers and other factors affecting economic development.
+ To study the polices on economic development in Vietnam in general and Thanh Hoa in particular
+ To assess the factual situation in economic development of the mountainous areas in Thanh Hoa.
+ To propose major viewpoints, directions and solutions to promote economic development in the mountainous areas of Thanh Hoa
