Purposes and missions:
Purposes: To clarify the situation of the innovation of state-owned enterprises at present and to propose some solutions to improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises in the context of international economic integration
Missions:
+ To systematize fundamental theory of state-owned enterprises and innovation of state-owned enterprises
+ To analyze and assess the factual innovation of state-owned enterprises in international economic integration, and to find out shortcomings of state-owned enterprises with respect to the guideline of international economic integration requirements.
+ To suggest solutions to promote innovation of state-owned enterprises towards more efficient economic integration
New contributions:
- To assess comprehensively and systematically the reality of innovation of state-owned enterprises in Vietnam from 1996 up to now.
- To suggest some solutions to continue the innovation of state-owned enterprises for more effective international economic integration.
