Purposes:

• To help clarifying the theoretical and practical basis regarding the attraction of investment to the industrial zones in general and to industrial zones in Hai Duong province in particular

• To systematize the rationale on development of industrial zones
• To work out the directions and solutions to attract and improve the investment effectiveness in industrial zones for the socio-economic development of Hai Duong province

• To help finalize the theoretical and practical basis regarding the construction of industrial zones at one of the provinces in the Northern plain region in particular and in Vietnam in general.
• To clarify the status and investment under-achievements in industrial zones in Hai Duong province.
• To propose the solutions to improve development effectiveness in Hai Duong province industrial zones.
