• To systematize the rationale, viewpoints, policies related to the role and input to health care services of domestic animals for development of animal husbandry
• To analyze the contribution of domestic animal health care services toward development of animal husbandry at the Red River Delta region to bring out the awareness of the current issues
• To propose some solutions to improve domestic animal health care services for the development of animal husbandry

• To systematize the discussions, viewpoints and policies related to the roles and contributions of quality domestic animal health care services toward the improvement of animal husbandry.
• To evaluate the current contributions of domestic animal health care services as well as other services to the development of animal husbandry to bring out awareness of the advantages and disadvantages of this service system.
• To help improve the services to meet the actual requirements of consumers as well as the international economic integration of the country.
• To propose some solutions to develop domestic animal health care services and to heighten the contribution from the government, the scientists, the domestic animal health care service providers and the domestic animal farmers toward development of animal husbandry in the Red River Delta region, the industrialization and modernization of Vietnam in international economic integration.
