The Application-oriented Master’s Program in Finance - Banking provides studentswith fundamental theoretical knowledge in finance-banking. It focuses on technical operationsand handling of practical situations; stimulating the ability to work independently and creatively. In addition, with the knowledge and qualities they have acquired, students will be able to organize andimplement the business activities of banks, financial institutions, social organizations, and other associations.
1. Jobs students can hold after graduation
Group 1: Experts and middle-level managers: Become managers of departments in banks, businesses, securities companies, financial companies, investment funds, financial technology companies, and other financial institutions at home and abroad; orientethemselves to become senior managers in the future.
Group 2: Experts and mid-level leaders: Become senior leaders at state agencies in banking and finance, such as the State Bank of Vietnam, the Financial Supervisory Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State Securities Commission, Monetary Policy Departments under Ministries, and agencies under the Government and other public service units; Oriente themselves to become middle- and high-level managers in the future.
Group 3: Experts, researchers, and lecturers who teach subjects ofbanking, finance, and financial technology at education institutes, research institutes, or others; Oriente themselves to become scientific management offiers, lecturers, and researchers in the field of banking and finance, oriente themselves to study at a higher level.
2. Possibility of qualification improvement
After graduation, students have enough knowledge, professional capacity, and career skills to continue studying and researching at higher levels with the admission conditions in line with regulations, or they can continue to study at a domestic and/or foreign academic programs in an appropriate field.
