The faculties and alumni of VNU-UEB as well as the students who had excellent scientific research achievements discussed and shared research experiences

However, a stable macro-economic situation requires more proper investment and development trend, that is when we have trade surplus after 20 years, which is the highlight of Vietnam’s 2012 economy and promises for further progress in 2013.
Next speech on The trade deficit of Vietnam - China by a student’s group: Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung, Tran Thi Ngoc Phuong, Dinh Thi Lan Anh and Dang Hong Phuc coming from Foreign Trade University. The paper gave an in-depth analysis of trade deficit between Vietnam and China. With flexible comparison, the authors have put the commercial relations between Vietnam and China in the different context and perspective. Thereby, the phenomenon of trade deficit in Vietnam - China is measured and explained by the variables: population, economic scale, use of free trade agreements, tariff barriers, and internationalization of Chinese Yuan.
Specialists at the conference highly appreciated the presentations on serious investment, however, there were still some shortcomings that need overcoming such as: the lack of confidence in the database, many analyses by feeling. Besides, the specialists also advised the team on the use of research models applied successfully in large academic institutions in the world.

It was the only group to make survey by questionnaire; the research team has received many compliments from the specialists. The group also received suggestions on how to use the scientific term, how to present the model lively, and the new way to develop this theme.

The questions, exchanges between the critical group and the students with assessment, deep comments of experts has helped to open up new research directions, to share effective models in scientific research and introduce more reliable database, on this basis, the authors can further improve and develop their themes.
