PhD. Hoang Khac Lich is currently a member of the Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the University Board, Chairman of the University Trade Union, Head of the Office of Organization – Personnel, lecturer in Economics, Faculty of Development Economics, VNU-University of Economics and Business. He has many years of experience working at VNU-University of Economics and Business and has held many positions: Lecturer, Department of Development Economics, VNU-University of Economics and Business (2013-present), Deputy Head of Department Economics, Faculty of Development Economics (2015-2016), Head of Economics, Faculty of Development Economics (2016-2017), Vice Dean of Development Economics (2017-2018), Head of the Office of Organization – Personnel (2018-present).

TS Hoàng Khắc Lịch hiện là Ủy viên Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ, Phó Chủ tịch Hội đồng Trường, Chủ tịch Công đoàn Trường, Trưởng phòng Tổ chức Nhân sự, giảng viên bộ môn Kinh tế học, Khoa Kinh tế Phát triển, Trường Đại học Kinh tế - ĐHQGHN. Ông có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Trường Đại học Kinh tế - ĐHQGHN và đảm nhận qua nhiều vị trí: Giảng viên, Khoa Kinh tế Phát triển, Trường Đại học Kinh tế - ĐHQGHN (2013-nay), Phó chủ nhiệm bộ môn Kinh tế học, Khoa Kinh tế Phát triển (2015-2016), Chủ nhiệm bộ môn Kinh tế học, Khoa Kinh tế Phát triển (2016-2017), Phó chủ nhiệm khoa Kinh tế Phát triển, kiêm Chủ nhiệm bộ môn Kinh tế học (2017-2018), Trưởng phòng Tổ chức nhân sự (2018-nay).
