As a part of signed cooperation agreement, on January 6th, the Center for Communication of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB) had a meeting to discuss cooperative activities, including the development of the training course on Green smart education.
Attending the meeting, there were Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung - Director of the Communication Center together with officials and experts from MONRE. From the UEB, there were Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen An Thinh - Associate Dean of Faculty of Development Economics.
Opening the meeting, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Anh Thu welcomed the delegation and expressed her belief in the success of cooperative program between the two sides in particular and among all participants of the MOU in general. She also emphasized the upcoming cooperation in extracurricular education, international conferences, national environment events and International Youth Conference 2021.

After that, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen An Thinh briefly presented the cooperation plan and proposed the course’s slogan: “Green education for sustainable development”.

In terms of the cooperation in conferences, both sides will co-organize the Vietnam - Germany Economic and Trade Forum in August 2020, the conference on Marine and Environmental Economics.
