The positive impacts of FDI on the socio-economic growth of the countries that receive investment were affirmed. Vietnam gained benefits when it received FDI resources from the US. The author proposed many measures to further attract and effectively use FDI capitals from US in the coming years after she had systemized the relevant theories of FDI and updated the FDI related data from the US into Vietnam.
