Purposes and missions:
Purposes: To comment, in theory and practice, on state management of state-owned enterprises under Vietnam integration conditions at the present time.
Missions:
+ To analyze the factual situation of current state management on state-owned enterprises in our country to point out successes, limitations and related causes.
+ To suggest the solutions and proposals for policy changes on management mechanism for state-owned enterprises in the context of international integration.
New contributions:
- To clarify the factual situation of state management of state-owned enterprises in Vietnam in the past 20 years of innovation and to offer new solutions to improve the performance efficiencies in the context of international economic integration.
- To clarify some theoretical and practical issues on state management of state-owned enterprises in Vietnam in the context of international economic integration.
