+ To assess the employment situation and job creation for workers whose agricultural land lies within the clearance area in Khanh Hoa
+ To propose solutions to create jobs for workers whose agricultural land lies within the clearance area in near future in Khanh Hoa province
- Missions: To achieve the goals of this research, the author sets out some specific missions as follows:
+ To clarify, in theory, job resolution for farmers in the region whose land was repossessed
+ To conduct a research on some experiences involving employment for workers whose land was repossessed in some cities and provinces
+ To research on the reality of employment resolution for workers whose land ownership right was revoked in recent years
+ To suggest some solutions to provide employment for workers whose land was taken away in the period from 2006-2010 in Khanh Hoa province
New contributions:
- To systematize the theory of employment and job creation for workers whose land ownership right was revoked.
- To analyze features and status of job creation for farmers whose land was used for government projects in Khanh Hoa.
- On this basis, to propose solutions to resolve employment for farmers whose land was taken for public use in Khanh Hoa.
