- To analyze the opportunities and challenges set forth by Japanese ODA then predict the investment potential as a result of Japanese ODA in Vietnam.
- To propose some main solutions in order to further improve the role of Japanese Official Development Assistance (ODA) in socioeconomic development in Vietnam.
