- Conducted an in-depth study of the staff assessment at the Techcombank and provided solutions to improve this process;
- Measured contributions of each staff in the development of the Bank and real value of each task;
- The Bank should in-time promote the staff’s commitment to work and the relation between staffs and the Bank.
