- The thesis studied the theories of capital mobilization applied by the system of trade banks in the market economy and during the integration.
- The thesis analyzed the actual mobilization of Vietnam Commercial Bank during 2003-2007, and found out achievements, constrains and causes.
- It proposed measures to help the Bank to diversify its methods and to increase the quality of capital mobilization when Vietnam implemented the open door policy and integrated in the world economy.
