Students from Northampton to "Check-in" at UEB

After delegations from Asia, Australia and America, on March 29, 2023, VNU University of Economics and Business (UEB) welcome students and lecturers from Europe - the University of Northampton (UoN), the United Kingdom come to exchange and study. This is an opportunity for international friends to experience the exciting and dynamic learning environment at UEB, as well as an opportunity for the two schools to connect and open up potential cooperation opportunities in the near future.


The University of Northampton instructors and students were cordially welcomed upon their arrival at the University of Economics and Business - VNU. Leaders and instructors from the two institutions exchanged ideas and spoke about this study visit of UoN as well as intentions to create future possibilities for collaboration in order to connect successfully.

Assoc. Prof. Dr Nguyen Anh Thu, Vice Rector, Dr Nguyen Duc Lam, Head of the Office of Research and Partnership Development, and academics from the School of Business Administration were present on the UEB side. Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc, Regional Director for the University of Northampton, as well as Dr. Holger Siemons, Dr. Abdullah Al Mamun, and Dr Deniz Meric were on the side of the UoN delegation.

Students from both schools had interesting stories to share when going on campus tours and taking pictures to keep good memories

 

UK students were also interested in sharing their feelings with UEB friends about the mini tour to explore the campus and food court of Vietnamese students

The attending students listened attentively to the teachers' lectures to "gain" for themselves useful knowledge.

Next, UEB and UoN students work in groups, discussing, discussing, giving ideas and analyzing the business environment and corporate culture in Vietnam and England.

The exchange and study between UEB and UoN left many memories and impressions for each lecturer, and student attending

In the coming time, the University of Economics and Business - VNU will make efforts to expand the network of cooperation and diversity of partner universities in many continents, with the expectation of providing students and lecturers with the best learning and teaching environment, creating favourable conditions to organize exchange programs, international exchanges, promoting research activities, internships - useful reality, ... This is the foundation, a launching pad for each learner to not only be professional and good at foreign languages but also confident, creative, fully qualified to be ready to become global citizens.
