VNU Vice President visited UEB on the Lunar New Year 2015

On 24th February, 2015 (6th January of Lunar New Year 2015), Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Quan, Vice President of Vietnam National University, Hanoi together with leader representatives from VNU’s Departments had a warm meeting with staff and faculty of VNU University of Economics and Business on the New Year of Goat 2015.


Welcoming VNU’s leader representatives, from UEB there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - Rector, Vice Rectors and representatives from offices, centers and faculties under the university.
In the warm and happy atmosphere of the Lunar New Year 2015, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, UEB Rector had briefly presented 10 outstanding events of the UEB in 2014 and expressed his sincere thanks to VNU leaders for their care, encouragement and supports during the establishment and development of the university.


Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, on behalf of the whole staff and faculty of the university gave best wishes to VNU’s leaders on the New Year occasion.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Quan, VNU Vice President brought the New Year wishes of good health, happiness and success to UEB’s staff and faculty. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Quan expressed his pleasure about the important achievements, which UEB achieved in 2014, especially, the UEB has become a pioneer in higher education innovation. VNU Vice President wished that in the New Year 2015, with the innovation and constant attempts of the UEB’s Management Board as well as staff and faculty, the UEB would promote the achievements gained in previous years, marking the upstream development and affirming its position and brand as well.
On behalf of the whole staff and faculty of the university, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son gave his New Year wishes to VNU Board of Management, leader representatives and thanked VNU for their care and support for the university in the previous years; at the same time, expressed his wishes that VNU’s Management Board would continue to pay special attention to and make favorable conditions so that UEB can successfully complete plans set out in the year 2015. Additionally, the UEB Rector confirmed that the university would try their best to positively contribute to VNU’s development, especially the target of international integration, becoming a research-oriented university which will be ranked as highly as advanced ones in Asian.
