The thesis proposed the budget collection strategy to be applied in Luc Nam District by 2015. This strategy was a basis to estimate the District’s annual budget and to serve its goal of sustainable development.

- Suggesting recommendations for Luc Nam District to draft a strategy for right and sufficient budget collection.
