Purposes: To clarify, in theory and practice, the resolution issues of employment in Bac Ninh; to analyze the situation, and to propose the major solutions to create jobs for workers in Bac Ninh province
Missions:
+ To generalize the basic problems on the rationale of labor, employment and unemployment; to clarify the factors affecting the resolution of modernization which serve as the basis for analyzing employment resolution in Bac Ninh province.
+ To analyze and evaluate the factual situation of resolving employment in Bac Ninh province since 1997 to present.
+ To suggest the basic solutions to create jobs in Bac Ninh province.
