Purposes and missions:
- To study the theory and reality of State management of vocational training sector.
- To analyze and assess State management status in the vocational training sector in Vietnam in the past and then to point out strong points, advantages, remaining issues and causes as well as weaknesses found in State management of the vocational training sector in Vietnam.
- To propose solutions to enhance the State management of the vocational training sector in Vietnam in the coming years.
New contributions:
- To systematize the rationale of state management of vocational training sector.
- To bring out a general and comprehensive view of State management of the vocational training sector in Vietnam at the present time, achievements and particularly limitations, flaws in the management; to make clear the status of the State management of the vocational training sector in Vietnam in terms of potential, weakness and causes of the deficiencies.
- To propose some major solutions to enhance the State management of the vocational training sector of Vietnam in the coming years.
