Purposes and missions:
Purposes: To practically clarify the rationale in proposing basic solutions to establish credit rating services in Vietnam in line with promoting the development of capital market for the industrialization and modernization process of the country.
Missions:
+ To clarify, in terms of disputation, the issue of credit rating and its value in development of capital market in order to benefit from experiences in this area from other countries by implementing this service realistically to Vietnam.
+ To clarify the necessity of improvement of Vietnam’s current credit rating system
+ To suggest solutions to develop credit rating services in Vietnam
New contributions:
- To prove the necessity of development of Vietnam’s current credit rating system
- To propose an appropriate model for credit rating system in Vietnam.
- To identify basic premises for the formulation and development of credit rating service in Vietnam.
