• Suggesting the solutions to ameliorate the business strategy planning in Song Da Corporation.

New contributions:

• Systematizing and upgrading some theoretical factors related to business strategy planning in enterprises and these factors can be used as supplementary documents in planning business strategy for enterprises.
• Assisting Song Da Corporation in setting up directions to analyze and evaluate the current situation in planning business strategy at Song Da Corporation, and finally, pointing out shortcomings and their related causes.
