Using methods of material and historical dialectical analysis and collection and surveys, the project:

- Systematizes some basic theoretical issues on State investment.

- Evaluates the reality of investment in Vietnam in recent years, indicates the shortcomings of current State investment in Vietnam.

- Proposes some recommendations and solutions to improve and enhance the state investment efficiency and contribute to promoting sustainable economic development in Vietnam.
