- Studies the process of renovating the banking system in Vietnam and Chinese to compare and seek the lessons for promoting the process of renovating the banking system in Vietnam and Chinese in the next period.

- Assesses to the system, completing the process of renovating the banking system in Vietnam and Chinese.

- Analyzes, compares and proposes the lessons on renovating the banking system in Vietnam.
