Giving students the experiences of international learning environment, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Development Economics, VNU-UEB joined the study tour to Chiang Mai University, Thailand.
This study tour lies within the framework of the Environment Conference co-organized by Chiang Mai University, Thailand and Faculty of Development Economics, University of Economics and Business (UEB - FDE). This is a chance for students and lecturers of the two universities to meet and present their research meanwhile establish the network and friendship, promote the cooperation between the two universities…
As soon as they arrived in Chiang Mai, the UEB delegation was warmly welcomed by the Chiang Mai University. After that, students from both schools participated in the workshop "Climate Action" with lecturers from both universities.
Before the lecture, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen An Thinh spent time sharing about environmental pollution issues in Vietnam, in his lecture "The risk of climate change and tourism in Vietnam" in the most vivid and understandable way. Through the lecture, students of the two universities gained more knowledge about climate change issues, the campaigns that have been carried out to reduce the adverse effects on climate changes in Vietnam and Thailand. In a close and friendly atmosphere, the students shared, discussed and exchanged their ideas on the issues.
