On 18th November 2021, the VNU University of Economics and Business solemnly held the ceremony to show appreciation to generations of teachers of the university.
Amid the complex situation of the covid-19 pandemic, the ceremony was held both on-site and online with participation of lecturers, staff, students and learners of the university, together with the retired lecturers and staff.
The ceremony welcomed Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Hoang Hai – Vice President of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Dr. Nguyen Minh Truong – Deputy Director of VNU Department of Political and Student Affairs. There were also representatives of Hanoi City Police, FNF Vietnam and representatives from partners of the university.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Truc Le gave the speech expressing his appreciation and gratitude to generations of lecturers of the university. He said, teaching is a noble profession which comes with so much responsibility and duty towards students. Teachers do not only teach and impart knowledge but inspire and motivate students for life and take important steps in life. We will always thankful for the contributions of lecturers in the course of education.

During the event, leader of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi also congratulated the staff and lecturers with excellent performance during the school year of 2020-2021. Especially, the new working space of the university was officially launched in this event.
