Attending the program, there were Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Vice Rector of VNU University of Economics and Business, Mr. Le Duy Anh - General Director of Xuan Hoa Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Vice President of UEB Alumni Association, Ms. Dao Tuyet Mai - Director of Vietinbank Training and Human Resource Development School, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa - Director of Lac Long Quan Transaction Office - BIDV My Dinh, Mr. Hoang Manh Cuong - General Director of Thach Ban Service and Trading Company Limited, Ms. Tong Thi Duyen - General Director of Minh Tien Berest Corporation Joint Stock Company. The event attracted many businesses, sponsors, and more than 1,000 students from universities in Hanoi.

 

In his opening speech, Vice Rector of the University of Economics and Business Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Manh Tuan sent the warmest greetings to all the enterprises, speakers, and students for having taken part in the event. He emphasized: “University of Economics and Business is proud to be the top prestigious research and training institution of VNU. The University is extremely honored to contribute to the development of the country by providing high-quality human resources with majors in almost all economic fields. The long-term and sustainable goal of the University of Economics and Business is to build an image of dynamic, creative, honest, responsible students capable of living and working in a competitive multicultural environment. We also believe that the qualities that we give to UEB's students will meet the needs of your agency or business.”

 

Talking to the Organizing Committee, the representative of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade shared: “Being at UEB Job Fair, we Vietinbank expect to have the opportunity to have access to high-quality human resources, as well as have the opportunity to interact directly with students. Vietinbank always highly appreciates the quality, knowledge and skills of the graduates of the VNU University of Economics and Business.”

 

 

Attending the event, Ms. Nguyen Quynh Mai - General Director of Cen Homes, Century Land Joint Stock Company - Cen Land said: “Through the annually organized activities of UEB, we Cen Group want to accompany the UEB and give job opportunities for UEB students in the near future.”

 

Mr. Nguyen Lam Thanh - Vice Chairman of Vietnam Digital Media Association, representative of Tiktok Vietnam also delivered many meaningful messages in the opening ceremony: “This year's program is taking place in a special space. Thereby, we can see the connection between the academic world, the business world, and the students. With such an unique, I feel that the VNU University of Economics and Business has changed to catch up with modern life featuring the development of digital transformation.”

 

 

 

Mr. Le Duy Anh - General Director of Xuan Hoa Vietnam Joint Stock Company and UEB's alumni said: “The training program of the University has changed a lot and increasingly focused on practical application, helping students to have marketable skills and necessary knowledge to get a good job right after graduation. Our company is now cooperating with VNU University of Economics and Business to provide the internships to create more opportunities for students to experience the working environment, and get ready to participate in the job market later.”

 

 

 

 

With the cross-cutting theme named “Jobs in business and digital economy”, UEB Job Fair is proud to play a vital role in connecting the University, businesses and students in the digital age 4.0, which poses many challenges as well as opportunities for the labor market. UEB Job Fair attemp to give students in-depth knowledge of the careers, skills needed to develop their career path, sharings about career orientation in the current digital personnel trend through several typical fields such as finance - banking, accounting - auditing, corporate governance, government and digital economy, cross-border e-commerce. Students, hence, are granted the chance to meet directly with businesses operating in varied fields, listen to valuable sharing about recruitment and future career counseling.
