Vietnam National University, Hanoi is the only Vietnamese university ranked among the top 1000 universities.
On 2nd September, the Times
Higher Education – THE announced the World University Rankings, WUR 2021of 1527
educational institutions all over the world. Accordingly, Vietnam National
University, Hanoi joins the ranking in the 801-1000 band.
Compared to 2020, the evaluation
scores in all ranking indexes of VNU increased. In particular, the index of
research increased by 8.8%, citations grew by 8%. In addition, the teaching
index increased 2.3%, industry income went up by 1.6%. The total ranking score
of Hanoi National University went from 24.86 to 26.24 (up 5.5%).
