The program took place from 26th to 29th August 2021, creating a playground for students to practice foreign languages, raise awareness, and actively integrate into the world.
With the theme “Proud of Vietnam”, the program was organized by the Youth Union of the VNU University of Economics and Business, in collaboration with the Youth Union of the VNU University of Engineering and Technology, the Office of Political and Student Affairs and the BeOne and IC clubs.
The program aims at raising the understanding of students about the national cultural tradition, thereby constantly promoting Vietnam's distinctive cultural identity to international friends, meanwhile giving positive mindset amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Proud of my homeland" is academic competition for students
During the competition, the students used English to demonstrate their understanding of Vietnam - their homeland as well as the internationalization process of education.
The students introduce about famous places where they live
Students participate in the competition by choosing to talk about an unique culture of the hometown with diverse topics such as: food, costumes, festivals, folk songs, traditional craft villages, historical sites, architectural works, scenic spots, famous people...

After more than a month, the competition attracted 45 teams from VNU University of Economics and Business and VNU University of Engineering and Science.
