11. Summary of Thesis’s new findings:
The thesis has systematized reasoning issues about quality of economic growth, contributing to differentiate these concepts: economic growth, quality of economic growth, economic development and sustainable development. It has also formed groups of assessment criteria, factors affecting quality of economic growth of a nation’s economic in general and an area like Hanoi in particular.
The thesis has analyzed and assessed the actual situation of the quality of Hanoi’s economic growth in economic, social and environmental aspects according to groups of given criteria; thus stating limitations with causes in improving the quality of Hanoi’s economic growth in the past time.
The thesis has proposed viewpoints, goals, orientations and resolutions to improve the quality of economic growth in the upcoming time.
12. Adaptability in real life:
Research’s approach method and system of assessment criteria groups can be adapted to research, analyze and propose resolutions to improve quality of economic growth in some cities, areas in Vietnam.
