+ To propose solutions against commercial price fixing fraud in import activities in Vietnam, to ensure loss prevention to government funds and foster a healthy environment for the domestic competition market

- To propose feasible solutions to prevent losses to government revenue and foster a healthy environment in domestic competition market, such as solutions on reinforcing legal compliance; on improving price control measures, on declaration document auditing, on price setting determination; on improving customs clearance verification measures as well as other related issues.
