Purposes:
- To generalize some basic theories of investment fund in the market economy. To study and draw experiences from the operation model of the investment fund in related business groups in some countries in the world.
- To evaluate the financial operation situations and financial intermediaries in Vietnam Postal and Telecommunications Service Corporation, which serves as the basis to propose the establishment of the investment fund in Vietnam Postal and Telecommunications Service Corporation.
- To prove the indispensability of the role of investment fund and propose model investment fund and procedures for the same at Vietnam Postal and Telecommunications Service Corporation.
New contributions:
- To clarify theoretically investment funds in the market economy.
- To clarify the basis of establishing investment funds through analyzing the actual situations of financial activities and financial intermediaries of VNPT.
- To propose the major solutions to build up an investment fund model at VNPT in accordance with the development strategy of VNPT and development trend of the Vietnam financial market in the coming periods.
