  • Evaluating the situation of most effective investments in seafood exploitation in Ba Ria- Vung Tau, determining the sectors to encourage investment for best results
  • Determining the factors that affect mainly the production and yield in order to encourage people to invest appropriately and effectively
  • Offering leads to exploit seafood effectively and steadily in the future.
  • Suggesting solutions regarding capital investment, technology, human resources and setting them at high priority in order to create job opportunity in the area of seafood exploitation with steady and long-lasting success. For the less effective jobs, they will be gradually and carefully downsized at reasonable rate to change into more effective jobs aiming at stabilizing workers’ life.
  • Suggesting improvements related to regulations, fishing management policies to encourage people participating in fishing community management to develop and preserve seafood resources.
