Study Tour Japan 2023 - How did UEBers learn from this exciting experience?

Youth is about discovering, learning, and growing. We had a journey of 6 days and 5 nights to experience in Japan the cherry blossom season, let's see what's interesting about our journey in Japan!

Experience cherry blossom view

Japan welcomed us on a sunny day. The first place the University of Economics and Business, VNU (UEB) delegation arrived in Japan was the former capital of Kyoto - where we could admire the ancient architectural works, and mingle with the beautiful blooming nature.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Khoi - Director of UEB - ISECI is both a teacher and a tour guide for us

We can fully enjoy the beauty of cherry blossoms in Kyoto

Then we moved to Nara, the city of art, to learn about the history of Kofuku-ji Temple - a Buddhist temple that was once one of the Seven Great Temples in the tourist city of Nara.

UEB Team in Tokyo

Visit Japan on a study tour to explore, educate, and develop.

Besides visiting a number of wonderful activities and well-known locations, such as visiting the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan, we also listened to Mr Temporary Ambassador of Vietnam in Japan report on the state of the Japanese economy and learned about global citizenship, lived for a day as a student at Chiba University, learning about the subject "Doing business with the Japanese," and went to Hitotsubashi University.

“Exciting and looking forward” are probably two words to describe our feelings when experiencing a day as a student at Chiba University. At Chiba University, we had the opportunity to exchange and learn about culture with the University's students, not only that, but UEBers also learned more about clean energy, anti-heat door system made by Chiba University students.

Chiba University’s Lecture Hall

We learned more about renewable energy

Assoc. Prof. Dr Nguyen Viet Khoi and a lecturer at Chiba University discussed the topic "Renewable Energy Rate"

Chiba University lecturers always combine learning with interesting activities that increase the connection in the classroom

Thank you, Chiba University lecturers, for welcoming our UEB students so enthusiastically!

A gift from Japan and a promise to return

The study tour Japan 6 days 5 nights with long journeys has brought the UEB team many memorable experiences: discovering together, learning together, sharing, overcoming and connecting together in the journey.

Japanese cuisine is one of the things that make us nostalgic the most

These could be the initial steps UEB students take toward developing their self-assurance, moving over their personal boundaries, and bridging language barriers to become more mature and understanding. After such worthwhile experiences, maybe this trip will inspire the University of Economics and Business, VNU students to work even harder to realize their future goals.
