On 13th November 2009, Center for International Training & Education (CITE)- University of Economics and Business - VNU held a program in gratitude to teachers to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers’ day (20/11). Nearly 200 lecturers of international cooperative programs and students attended to the celebration.
To open the celebration, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - UEB Vice Rector - Director of CITE sent the best wishes to lecturers and emphasized “Over one and a half year, the center has obtained some achievements, created the prestige thank to lecturers’ remarkable effort of the center. Vietnamese Teachers’ Day is an occasion for the center staffs to express their gratitude to them. This is also an opportunity for lectures and students exchange and get to know one another”…
At the celebration, lecturers of international programs of UEB received heart-whole emotion, wishes and flowers from students. The celebration was held in emotional and warm atmosphere with special and meaningful performances.
The celebreation was an opportunity for staffs of the center and students to honor the teaching career - “the noblest of all careers” and was the chance for generations of students to express and devote the deepest respect to their lecturers.
