Notably, with 29 articles published in international journals, of which 14 articles indexed in the ISI/scopus (in 2021, there are 2 articles in Q1, 1 article in Q2) – Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tien, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Real Estate Economics, Faculty of Development Economics is one of VNU-UEB's Scientists recognized and rewarded by VNU with outstanding accomplishment in 2021. 

Besides the lecturers with many years of experiences working at the university, the young lecturers of VNU-UEB are also gradually proving their talents, youth, creativity and enthusiasm in scientific research. MA. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Lecturer of the Faculty of Political Economy is one of the outstanding young lecturers of UEB, with 5 scientific articles published in the ISI/Scopus journals as the main author - one of the top 45 scientists with excellent achievements received the Certificate of Merit on this event.
